The service
Galeno lets patients keep their health record and share it with clinics, and lets doctors and clinics view what patients share with them.
Not medical advice
Galeno and Galeno AI provide health information, not a diagnosis or treatment. Always talk to a qualified doctor about your health. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details private and make sure the information you enter is accurate. You are responsible for what is shared from your account.
Doctors and clinics
Clinics may use patient information only to care for that patient, and only within the access the patient granted.
Ending your account
You can stop using Galeno at any time and ask us to delete your account. See Delete your account.
